The apartment is a great pied- a -terre for a maximum of 2 persons with a light large bedroom very tastefully decorated with high ceiling facing onto courtyard.

The sitting room faces the street and there are beams in both rooms.

There is a small american kitchen and the bathroom is between the two rooms with a shower and there is also a large walk in wardrobe for clothes and suitcases.

The entrance to the apartment is via a staircase which is original but it is narrow and needs repainting.

The location is unbeatable 250 metres from the Louvre and within 100 metres of bakery, grocery store,supermarket, pharmacy and bistros and restaurants.

There is a famers market next to St Eustache every Thursday and Sunday with fresh fish, cheese and vegetables, roast chicken and Paella.

The quality double sofa bed and single bed are very comfortable and practical, if there are two adults traveling together wanting separate beds or a couple with child. Apart from the clever design and use of space the terrace makes the apartment very unique.

There are two double doors leading to the 12 m² terrace space with a table for four and a bench ideal for reading on sunny days with partial shade as the terrace is north facing.

The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a washing machine too.

The location is very central within close proximity to the very beautiful Palais Royal and gardens from the era of Cardinal Richelieu as well as being 5 minutes from the Louvre Museum.

Short walk to the Place du Marche St Honore with twice weekly farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday as well as dozens of restaurants around the square for many different culinary tastes.
