Ceilings throughout the apartment have french-style wooden beams. Living area has sofabed for one person, large armoire, television, dining table for four and compact, built in kitchen. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop and small refrigerator.
Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside lighting and bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The double glazed windows are west facing and the apartment is light and sunny in the afternoon. The second bedroom has a glass panel but no windows.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people but is most comfortable for 4.
Idealy located 300 metres from Notre Dame on a quiet street. The apartment is close to the market held twice a week on Place Maubert.
The 17th century historic building is well preserved with a large staircase. Please note it is on the 3rd floor without elevator.
