Long term apartment rental in Paris perfect for a family with children relocating to the city for professional reasons or for two MBA students sharing the apartment for a medium term. Ideally located near the main metro and bus lines for easy access to most of Paris and the airports.

The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator. The salon has a sofabed for two and an additional loveseat, flatscreen television and floor to ceiling windows for ventilation and light. There is a corridor with windows and a large desk.

The large open kitchen has a double stainless steel sink, plenty of cupboards, refrigerator, disnwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There is a large breakfast bar with seating for four as well as a dining table with additional seating for four.

The master bedroom has two twin beds that be used as a large bed or separated and used as two beds. There is a built in closet for plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a built in closet as well.

The bathroom has a walk in shower, large vanity and sink and W/C. There is a second separate W/C.

The apartment is on a quiet courtyard close to the Place du Marche St Honore with 12 or more restaurants with terrace and the twice weekly farmers market Wednesday and Saturday.
