The living area has two high quality sofas that can be converted into a single sofabed. Dining table ideal for two with a designer mini-kitchenette including a microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, velux window in the sloping roof and an en suite bathroom that includes a sink, W/C and walk in shower. The mezzanine bedroom opens onto sitting room and is ideal for one adult but has a double bed so can sleep two. This also has its own bathroom.
There is a private landing shared with apartment reference #040. The apartment is for discerning travellers wanting the comfort of an apartment and is not suitable for young children or very tall persons. Please note there is a walk down stairs and walk up stairs after arriving at the fourth floor elevator on half landings. There have been elevator issues here so it cannot be guaranteed as working all the time.
The building entrance on rue du Louvre has black marble and wooden panelling and was restored in 2006 at the same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration.
Easy and direct access to the business districts in the 8th arrondisement and at La Defence on Metro line 1. Close to "boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré, mini market on Rue du Louvre, Nicolas wine shop on Rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on Rue Berger.
