The living area has a large storage space and custom made cupboards with panelling that conceal a galley style kitchen, fully equipped, with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and electric stovetop with ventilator fan.
Master bedroom has a double sized bed, small wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a heated towel bar, sink, W/C and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with double bed also has an en suite bathroom and as well as a double glazed window.
There is a private landing shared with apartment reference #041. The apartment is fortravellers wanting the comfort of an apartment and is not suitable for young children. Please note there is a walk down stairs and walk up stairs after arriving at the fourth floor elevator on half landings.The elevator has issues and cannot be guanteed as working all the time.
The building entrance on rue du Louvre has black marble and wooden panelling and was restored in 2006 at the same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration.
