A second door off the private landing leads to the main bedroom with double bed, a second kitchenette, large bathroom and the sitting room with a high quality double sofa bed all facing a quiet side street. The apartment is ideal for families or two couples, friends or colleagues wanting to be together but also to be independent.
There are two dining tables that seat two and four respectively and each kitchenette comes equipped to prepare simple meals and includes a refrigerator , washing machine, stovetop and microwave.
The entry hall to the building features a solid oak front door, a black marble floor renovated 2006 and leads to the original wooden staircase restored in 2008. The stone façade of the building was restored and cleaned in 2006.
Excellent central location metres from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral leading directly to St Germain and Latin Quarter. Nearest farmers market is on rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.
