Description:

A vacation in Paris will be even more memorable by staying in this exceptional duplex penthouse with two terraces, one facing east and the other facing west in an unbeatable central location.

First floor level consists of an entry hall with large cupboard, a separate WC, main bathroom with heated towel rail, bathtub and sink. The two bedrooms are on this level.

Main bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with washbasin and shower, chest of drawers and small wardrobe. The second bedroom has a larger wardrobe and writing desk. Both with queen beds 160 cm wide.

Second level is accessible via internal staircase (not suitable for young children).

There is a large, high ceiling loft space with American kitchen and table/ bar for dining and both east and west facing glass french doors. The kitchen comes with everything needed to prepare simple meals including a stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
The living room has a hotel quality double sofa bed. There is a sunny, east facing terrace with two chairs perfect for morning coffee. A second terrace off the kitchen with outside table and four chairs makes a lovely setting for al fresco dining.

There is a farmers market at St Eustache Thursday and Sunday and a large choice of bistrots and restauarnts close by. St Germain is a short walk away over the famous Pont Neuf footbridge. The Louvre museum and Tuileries garden are minutes from the apartment as are the major metro and bus lines for easy access to most of Paris.
