The studio has a quality double bed  and the original wooden floor has been restored. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, large washbasin with storage space and shelves, heated towel rail and WC. The small dining table for two can be on the balcony with two small stools or in the apartment with two folding chairs.

The kitchen has electric cooking hob with four elements, small basic oven grill, fridge and washing machine.

Internet e-mails access available on request and mini pc provided. No cable TV.

The entry to the historic town house building that has been restored is superb with the original stone floor, magnificent staircase and restored exposed wooden beams. The stairwell and short corridor however leading to the apartment have faded charm and  need repainting.

Excellent  location 300 metres from the Louvre Museum, 100 metres from the  Palais Royal and a short walk to the tree lined Place du Marché St Honoré , with its large collection of restaurants and bistro’s all with terraces and limited access to cars. Galleries Lafayette and Opera is a short walk away.

Next to "boulangerie" on Rue St Anne and local grocery shop on Rue des Petits Champs or Rue de Richelieu.

Monoprix supermarket Avenue de l’Opera.

Nearest grocers market is in Place du Marché St Honoré, Wednesday and Saturday morning.
