Architecturally renovated studio rental in Paris on the second floor in an ancient building located just a few blocks from the Seine River. Security door code at both the building front door and the second interior door.
Salon has a hotel quality double sofabed, breakfast bar with two bar stools (another in the closet), built in entertainment center with flat screen television and DVD player. Large windows open onto the courtyard for plenty of light without a lot of noise. There are multiple, clever storage areas hidden behind custom made cupboards.
The modern, efficient kitchen has a washing machine/dryer combination, dishwasher, stove top, microwave/oven combination and medium sized refrigerator. The kitchen comes euipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals.
The colorfully tiled bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The mezzanine has a queen sized bed, bedside lighting and additional storage. It is not possible to stand to full height in the mezzanine area.
The area near the apartment has multiple restaurants, shopping and is minutes from the famous Centre Pompidou modern art museum, the Tour St Jacques and Notre Dame Cathedral.
