Restored wooden floors in the main area with a hotel quality double sofabed. Fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare simple meals and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and small refrigerator.
Tiled bathroom has a sink, WC and walk in shower. The apartment was renovated in 2007.
The building entrance on rue du Louvre has black marble floor and wooden panelling and was restored in 2006 at the same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration.
Fantastic central location only 100 metres from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral which leads directly to Blvd. St Germain and the Latin Quarter. Nearest farmers market rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.
