This one bedroom apartment in Paris is located in the chic Latin quarter just one street from the ever-lively Blvd St Germain.
The living room has a wall of windows for light and ventilation. There is a hotel quality sofabed, dining table and additional seating as well as a breathtaking view of the Paris rooftops. Just off the living area is a compact kitchen with window. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare simple meals and includes a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
The central hall leading to the bedroom has a wall of built in cabinetry for storage. The bedroom has a double bed, round stained glass window, hardwood floors and sliding doors leading to the living room.
The bathroom is completely tiled and has a sink and vanity and a walk in shower. There is a separate W/C.
Twice weekly outdoor market at Place Monge just a few meters from the apartment. It is a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, Blvd St Germain and many well known restaurants and designer stores.
