Very modern, renovated apartment in Paris located in a restored building walking distance from the famous Pompidou modern art center.

The living area has a single sofabed, occassional seating, coffee table as well as two large windows. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets and comes with everything needed to prepare simple meals including a dishwasher, microwave/oven combination, stovetop, refrigerator and washing machine.

The bathroom has a concealed walkin shower, sink with vanity and opens on to the bedroom. There is a double bed , built in wardrobe and cupboard for the television. There is a separate W/C just inside the front entrance of the apartment.

The apartment is quiet and is located in the Marais which boasts many historic buildings, fabulous shopping, Jewish and Italian delis and the beautiful Place des Vosges.
