Pied-a-terre apartment in Paris perfect for four people. The apartment has been designed with one room with a double bed and the other with a hotel quality sofabed. Each room has separate entrance to the bathroom which has a shower, bidet, sink, WC and a small window. It is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator but there is a small flight of stairs to walk down to reach the apartment door.

The apartment looks onto the rue St Honoré with two large double glazed windows and features the original fireplace. There are three storage cupboards. The fold down dining table for four is next to a kitchenette that can be closed off with folding doors. It houses a high quality washing machine with dryer, fridge, microwave and stovetop.

The building entrance on rue du Louvre has black marble floor and wooden panelling and was restored in 2006 at the same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration. Fantastic central location only 100 metres from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral leading directly to St Germain and Latin Quarter.
