Public areas and wooden staircase of building are a little tired but the façade is in good condition.

Fantastic central location only 150 metres from the Louvre Museum, Palais Royal and Place des Victoires and a short walk through the lesser known Cour Carré in the Louvre, leading to the Pont des Arts footbridge, over the River Seine to St Germain and Odeon area within 10 minutes.

Close to "boulangerie" on Rue St Honoré, mini market on rue Coquillière, Nicolas wine shop on rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on rue Berger. Nearest farmers market rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.
