Apartment has been restored but has kept the charm of ancient beams and original fireplace. Living area has a sofabed, additional seating as well as a dining table. Open kitchen has a breakfast bar dividing the room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and comes with everything needed to prepare simple meals and includes stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in closet and overlooks the quiet courtyard. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sin and vanity as well as W/C. There is a mezzanine bedroom accessed via a small staircase in the living area. There is a futon style bed that is not suitable for young children.
The area boasts some of the oldest and most beautiful townhomes in Paris. There are boulangeries, restaurants and many galleries. It is a short walk to either the Latin Quarter of the Marais and then to the main metro or bus lines.
