Pied-à-terre perfect for a vacation in Paris. Apartment is located on historic Ile St Louis island on the river Seine very close to the Marais and Notre Dame.
Living area has original oak beams and stone walls, high ceilings (approximately 3m50 high), original windows with indoor wooden shutters and dining table for 6 as well as sofa, occassional chairs and cable television.
The semi open plan kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully equipped to prepare simple meals and includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe with drawers and a double bed. There are floor to ceiling double paned windows as well. There is a small staircase leading to a mezzanine with a small bed for occassional guest use. The bathroom has a large bathtub, sink/vanity and W/C.
Supermarket and shops close by at St Paul over the river in the Marais.There are shops and bakeries on the Ile St Louis as well as best ice cream parlour in Paris and great bistrots and restaurants.
