- We are a small people orientated service business dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
- We are directly responsible for preparing the apartment for your arrival, welcoming you to Paris for the apartment check in and check out.
- We are available to help you as best we can with questions during your stay via e - mail or telephone or at the offices between 9.30 am and 6 pm.
- The offices are within walking distance from almost every apartment, convenient if you need to leave your luggage, either if the apartment is not ready before check in or after   check out if you have a later flight.
- All the apartments are renovated or meet our quality and standards for your comfort and enjoyment.
- We have an "Owners Welcome Book" in every apartment with information and advice on the apartment, building and surrounding area.
- We know and love Paris and can help you with tips for friendly, good price quality ratio restaurants.
- All the addresses for nearest bakeries, farmers markets, pharmacy, supermarkets and local grocery stores and nearest museums are indicated on the apartment map for each   apartment description.
